Our coffeshop is located in our barn and in the added orangery. In summer you can have your coffe in our beautiful garden.

Even our garden café is imbued with our pursuit of sustainability and wise solutions for the well-being of the planet.

We strive for our food to be good and do good for people and the planet. We only serve nutritious and organic food, free from additives and pesticides. We see both baking and cooking as a craft and everything we manufacture is made from scratch by us. We use our home-grown vegetables, which are grown according to organic, small-scale principles, with a focus on heritage varieties and diversity.

We bake artisanally with flour from Sweden's cultural heritage varieties, organic and produced in the country. We work a lot with sourdough and slow fermentation processes to get tasty, healthy and filling bread and buns.

We also work to minimize our rubbish and compost all food scraps, which in turn are converted into fertilizer for our crops.

We strive and work towards a zero-waste policy and a plastic-free kitchen.
